Construction is underway on Evora, Sorge’s 42-acre project along Buffalo Drive between Post Road and Patrick Lane in the southwest valley. Plans call for 1,343 residential units, around 240,000 square feet of commercial space, and underground parking.

The initial phase of construction will activate the site by offering a 1.5-acre public plaza with a performance pavilion, a unique combination of restaurants, neighborhood retail, office space with views of the Strip and mountains, in an effort to create a long-lasting community in the heart of the southwest, while featuring a “Live, Work, Play” experience.

Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based real estate development and construction management company, has teamed up with OS Construction Services, Inc. to kick off construction of Evora, a 42-acre mixed-use development at South Buffalo Drive and West Patrick Lane.
