  • Authorized tenant parking: North and South lots (vehicle info must be provided, and a parking placard will be issued).
  • Visitors: Both row of surface parking directly around the building is visitor parking only.
  • Garage parking:
    • Tenants with garage parking per their lease may park in the designated reserved/unreserved areas.
    • Spaces are being marked for tenant vs. customer parking.
    • Additional garage parking is available for a monthly fee—contact Vanesa Werme at 702.680.0054.

EV charging stations are located on the Southwest side (rear) of the commercial building.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse.
  • Amenities include podcast rooms/private office areas and a conference room (reservable).
  • Full clubhouse reservations for events/meetings are available for a fee.
  • Clubhouse: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (North end of 2nd floor)
  • Gym/Fitness Center: 24/7 (North end of 2nd floor)
  • Mailroom: 24/7 (West side of the building, right of rear entrance)
  • Cardboard compactor: Located at the back of the building behind the roll-up door. Access via the Brivo app.
  • Trash/Recycling bins: Located in the trash enclosure on the South side of the building.
  • Contact property management to discuss renewal.
  • If your lease includes an Option to Renew, you must exercise it within the timeframe specified in your lease.
